These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS/text messaging program operated by Randy Sells MI (Randy Hourani, Associate Broker, Keller Williams Legacy) ("we," "us," "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
When you provide your mobile number and submit a form on randysellsmi.com, request information, or otherwise give your express consent, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from us related to real estate services — including property and listing information, home-value updates, appointment and showing coordination, transaction updates, career/recruiting communications, and general follow-up.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, good, or service.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and our communications with you.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates will apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will no longer send you SMS messages. To resume, simply opt in again or reply START.

Carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy matters to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services (such as our customer-relationship platform) is permitted solely to help us operate this messaging program. We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page.
