• Automatically collected: like most websites, we use cookies and tracking technology to collect activity such as the pages and listings you view, time on site, and return visits. We use the Follow Up Boss website tracking pixel for this purpose.

• To follow up with relevant listings, home-value information, and updates.

How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to operate this site and manage inquiries, including Follow Up Boss (our client relationship manager) and our website host. These providers process information on our behalf. We may also share information with our brokerage, Keller Williams Legacy, as needed to provide services, or where required by law.

SMS / Text Messaging & Mobile Information

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you SMS/text messages about real estate services, listings, home values, appointments, and follow-up. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services (such as our customer-relationship platform) is permitted solely to help us operate. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

SMS Terms & Conditions

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at randy@randysellsmi.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
